It’s also a great way for the products themselves to reach more business. We have our own experience of onboarding solutions to 1 team when all of a sudden other teams want to use them. This is the beauty of work management and something PayMo executes well.
When creating projects, basic templates are available. This helps you to get started.
Nice interface, reports, dashboards, API default views nice with List, Table, Board, Calendar.
Add-ons great too, Paymo Widget track work on your desktop. Paymo Plus, track time.
The mobile app experience was smooth and great for users. The offline access test failed.
For enterprise, we think PayMo might be a little light. Key features like single sign-on with SAML are not supported. You only get basic Google and Apple. But seems fine for the target market where most of us have an Apple or Google account.
The other area that was a little light was security and privacy. There is no mention of popular compliance such as ISO27001, GDPR and PCI Compliance. For PayMo this information is not public
With a nice simple menu system and a working system that users will quickly understand. We feel that PayMo is the perfect work management solution for small businesses.
