Mavenlink is a cloud platform the works within Work Management and has strong features such as resource management and planning, master planning, analytics and skill management. We see this being helpful for customers that want to put time into loading all the staff and resource skill sets. Then once the hard work of loading is done, the easy stuff kicks in with having strong visibility of staff and who to assign to what work/job/task. The real time updates within the platform are very user friendly and helps with live decision making. This is where we see professional service companies liking the prebuilt nature of Mavenlink and being able to configure areas that need configuring, but leave the strong standard features to provide that underpinning power that cloud systems can provide. The M-Bridge connector is great to tech integrations. The API is also very well set up to integrate with. Security is also very good, with the standard certifications met as well as strong authentication options with leading providers, both SAML, SSO and OAuth2. We have seen the platform, being multi-tenant, it can have some slow downs that users may find a little frustrating. This should be improving however due to the ever increasing capacity that Mavenlink provide. All in all, we see this working well for the professional company that has matured and understands the benefits of well managed resources and aiming to be efficient at the tasks you are completing.
