Scoro is a very comprehensive and power work management solution. With an off the shelf approach, from the moment you enter Scoro you know the platform means business.

With an emphasis on professionalism, we can see. The menu system allows you to see calendars, tasks, planers, quotes, projects, contacts, invoices, pipelines and reports.

Filters are in different views and you see everyone’s contact with just single people. This keeps a uniform approach throughout the system to see. You get a flexible range of options to see the information you need. But we do see a bit of a learning curve when first entering. So remember to check the help videos.
You can then save these as lists, and have a default list that can be used throughout the system.

Watchdogs allow you to monitor if costs have exceeded the work being completed.

The search option is a nice touch too and works well to search views and areas.

There is a corporate feel to the interface as if you were running a system for a Fortune 500 company. This isn’t a bad thing, but you can see the extensive option feel that may quickly overwhelm users that want to manage things simply. Compared to Float, these 2 systems are chalk and cheese.

The API and Development appear to be very strong and reflect the expectation of an enterprise-level work management solution. We like the way the API and Webhooks can appear within the interface at useful times, such as setting up Rules and Alerts.

One area to point out was that during our security and privacy review, we were not able to find a comprehensive range of certifications that other platforms can provide.

Using the tool overall definitely provides a connecting interface, that is easy to follow. And with a range of licenses and support options. We feel this tool is most preferably suited to larger SMB customers and enterprises. Or the small business that is very fastidious in the complex process!
