Asana delivers a robust and scalable work management platform with a very intuitive interface. It is a great addition to a Slack or MS Team and a great help for remote teams. The project management functionality is good and intuitive while other solution such as MS project or Clarizen will offer much more advanced PM tools for more complex projects ASANA focuses on efficiency and collaboration. Overall , the product offers a great value for money and is a must have for remote teams and WFH environments.

The user interface can be customized on list views at a user level, the customisation of other screens such as of task details can only be customized by approved plugins and even in this case the customization is limited.

Asana has the following workflow customizations:
ASANA supports the creation of workflows using it's internal automation tool. A list of predefined workflows are available in the Premium Edition. Custom workflows are available in the Business Edition and up but are limited to a certain number of automation. The automation is available only for Tasks within the same project which really limits its functionalities but can be set on project templates offering an easy way to standardise workflows across projects.
Asana has the following report customizations:
ASANA provides the ability to create custom reports using the advanced search function. The custom report can then be stored, however the interface to render those reports is somewhat limited to a list view exls type. Integration to Google sheet, Power BI and Tableau does offers a solution for those looking at advanced reporting solutions but is more complex to setup.
